the days in residential school!!!



Friends ,!!!  This is not an essay on my days in residential school. And no! this is not a story on my school days. and no it doesn't hold any memorable incidents. This is just a thumbnail depiction of what exactly could be seen in my school when i was in , there!! A reflection on the daily routine.!!
Its not necessary i guess , to mention that i studied in a residential school. Jawahar navodaya vidyalaya , madikeri to be precise is the school where i did my schooling from class 6th to 12th.

Well that  i can see you yawning at this kind of introduction , let me straight away shoot things out. Hope you will like it.
 morning PET..!!
  • morning 5.25 :  PEEEMP...!!! whistle blows. morning P.T. !!! god..!! The cruelest  thing to happen to any student who is floating  in his or her beautiful dream. The P.T. leader along with school leader had to blow whistle to wake people up for morning P.E.T. Its now that people should get up from their bed , give a brush to their teeth and then complete other formalities. you could see 29% of students getting up from their bed yawning..!!! aaaaaauuuuuuuuuuhhhhhh..!!!!
          And rest 71%..!!!!...????well you guessed it right..!!! They will be still floating in their beautiful dreams.
  • 5.45: PEEEMPIMMMPPPPPPPP!!!!! Now thats our P.T. teacher who will be whistling .This is the    signal  for everyone to move to PT ground. And now you could see 80% of those 71% , getting up and running to bathroom in hurry..!!! others slowly start moving to ground..
                                         

  • 5.55: The teacher enters the dorm with a stick in hand . And now one could see those in bathrooms and those getting ready for the PT , running for their life.
  • 5.59: And now those who are having a passionate sleep will be woken up by the swings of the teacher's stick. up they jump out of their blankets and then they speed fast to the ground rubbing their asses. 
                                      

  •  6.00 : Whole school could be seen assembled in the ground for the PET. First there would be roll call. The leader of each of the 4 houses should make a head count of their house people and should submit it to the school leader. and then jogging followed by rigorous excerscise.
                                      
      and now one could see traces of infatuation or lust or love or whatever you call it, in the budding    hearts.
 
 And many boys were seen , taking a glimpse of their favorite girl while sweating it out in exercise.
  • 6.45 : everyone will be back in his and her room . Now they will be busy getting ready to go to school. Bathing, dancing, applying layers of cosmetics, searching for their uniforms , books, plates and tumblers and what not..!!!  you can even see few people who will be searching like a sly their stockings and shoes which they had carelessly thrown in the room, the previous day.  If they fail to find theirs they will wear someone Else's. And when that someone fail to find his he will go for "another someone's " pair of socks.
          Now i should tell something about how our dorms looked. In each dorms there were 4 big          rooms. tw

Vicissitudes- a story

Episode 1 The two boys were standing in front of the door. One had a hammer in his hand. The other with his digicam was busy taking snaps of the door.  The door which was in the midst of twenty acres of forest behind their dormitory had always caught their fascination. However, the other students of the Origianian Residential School were not much fascinated about the door which had nothing in special except that it was a single structure. And She Smiled..!! (Episode 1)

Authors Note: Some time back I had thought of directing a short movie, and this storyline was lingering in my mind since long. During the development of the script, I somehow felt that I should try publishing this as a story even before attempting to direct it. Hence, the script development was stalled and I went on to write the story. I had many people complaining, when I stopped writing 'Not At First Sight'. But I will assure you that 'And She Smiled' is not destined for that. ( Well, it also depends on how well this episode is going to be received by you).
